Zynga is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a talented engineering team responsible for building and delivering high-quality gaming experiences. In this role, you will manage the development lifecycle, guide technical decisions, conduct design and code reviews, and help drive engineering excellence. You will collaborate closely with product, design, art, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver engaging game features while ensuring performance, stability, and scalability. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in mobile, desktop, or web application development.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: C++, Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Experience with software design, coding, and release management.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with game engines such as Unity or Cocos2D is preferred.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, establish engineering best practices, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
